SieF Distributors
The three country-entry levels and the separate downstream roles: Country Distributor, Technical Seller, Seller and Affiliate.
Two structures, deliberately separate
Country entry describes how a partner enters or deepens a relationship with Lanvex. The downstream roles describe what a partner is licensed to do with customers. They are different dimensions and must not be presented as levels of one another.
Country entry
| Level | Public entry price | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Strategic Registration | Free | Interest on record and first consideration. No exclusivity. |
| Exclusive Country Rights | US$10,000 | A country arrangement under a signed contract, with targets, certified staff and support capability. |
| Country Subsidiary Joint Venture | US$100,000 | A co-owned country company, with equity, governance, reserved matters and exit separately negotiated. |
Every level takes effect through an enforceable contract. A fee is not exclusivity, and exclusivity continues only while its conditions are met.
Downstream roles
- Country Distributor runs the country and its commercial network.
- Technical Seller is certified to install and support, and acts only with the customer administrator's approval.
- Seller advises and sells, and does not administer customer machines.
- Affiliate introduces organisations, disclosed as an introducer.
Channel economics
Partner pricing and any channel band are set by contract and must preserve ordinary third-party publisher economics. A quoted split that ignores a distributor's commission is not a real number and should not be sold as one.
