These cover the website you are reading. Products, licences and partnerships are governed by their own signed agreements, not by this page.
What this site is
- Information about what Lanvex builds and plans to build. Statuses on it are kept current and say plainly what is available and what is not.
- Descriptions of planned products are a statement of intent, not an offer or a commitment to a delivery date.
- Prices shown for partner programmes are published entry prices. They take effect only through a signed contract.
What is agreed elsewhere
- Software licences, their terms and their support obligations are in the licence agreement that accompanies them.
- Partner, distributor and country arrangements are in the contract signed for them.
- University collaborations are in the memorandum signed with the institution.
- Where this page and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement governs.
