Lanvex Academy
Teaching the architecture, and assessing people against it. Five pathways, one syllabus, Lanvex-run assessment.
In development
Who it is for
Students, working engineers, site administrators, and the instructors who teach them.
What it takes
- Lanvex SieF Foundations is open to anyone and awards a badge, which is not a certification.
- Certified SieF Engineer and Certified SieF Architect require practical, proctored work on a Developer VM.
- Certified SieF Administrator is assessed on customer-site authority; Certified Instructor adds observed teaching.
How it works
- Learning material is free to read.
- Universities may teach approved courses and run permitted labs.
- Lanvex controls the syllabus, the assessment and the issuing of credentials. A course completion is not a credential.
What you own, and what you answer for
- Assessment integrity: no credential follows from attendance.
- Teaching examples use synthetic data, never a real customer’s records.
- A badge is never presented as a professional licence.
Where we are
The curriculum is published in full: five pathways, forty-six modules. Enrolment, exam booking and credential issuance open with the first cohort, and the hours and pass marks are finalised before they do.
Questions
- When can I sit an assessment?
- With the first cohort. The full catalogue is published now so you can prepare, and the Academy site shows which pathways have opened.
The full catalogue, the five pathways and all forty-six modules.
