Who it is for

Integrators, consultancies, resellers and introducers, and the companies that want to run a country.

What it takes

  • Country entry comes in three levels: Strategic Registration at no cost and with no exclusivity; Exclusive Country Rights at US$10,000; a Country Subsidiary Joint Venture at US$100,000.
  • Every level takes effect through a signed contract. A fee is not a right, and payment alone grants nothing.
  • Exclusivity, where granted, is conditional on customer acquisition, certified staff, support capability and compliant operation, and it is reviewed.

How it works

  • The downstream roles are separate from the entry levels and must not be confused with them.
  • A Country Distributor runs the country and its commercial network.
  • A Technical Seller is certified to install and support, and only with the customer administrator’s approval.
  • A Seller advises and sells, and does not administer customer machines.
  • An Affiliate introduces organisations, disclosed as such.

What you own, and what you answer for

  • Truthful selling. Nothing may be described as certified, available or proven before it is.
  • Local law, local licensing and local tax are the partner’s own responsibility.
  • Customer onboarding follows the approved process, and the customer’s administrator keeps authority over their own site.

The money

  • Partner margin and any channel band are set by contract and must leave ordinary publisher economics intact.
  • A country fee buys a defined relationship, not a share of Lanvex and not a guarantee of demand.

Questions

Does US$10,000 buy my country?
It buys an exclusive country arrangement if a contract is signed and its targets are met. Without the contract there is no exclusivity, and failing the targets ends it.
