SieF Ventures

Independent companies that own a domain framework outright and carry the responsibility that comes with it.

In development

Who it is for

An existing firm, or a founder with real domain standing, in an industry whose work is currently bought from outside agencies.

What it takes

  • A legal company, verified, with identifiable people answerable for it. An existing firm does not need to form a second one.
  • Genuine domain competence: people who know how the work is actually governed, supervised and signed off.
  • Engineering capacity of your own, employed or contracted under agreements that settle who owns what.
  • A fourteen-part domain operating dossier, which is the real work and the real filter.

How it works

  • Establish that enterprises want the work brought in-house, before building anything.
  • Write the dossier: the organisation, the roles, the qualifications, the procedures, the exceptions, the legal boundaries.
  • Build the four extensions against the SDK contracts: deterministic Brain and Engine first, bounded Judge and Fleet only where justified.
  • Test, then submit for company qualification and product review as separate gates.
  • Run a paid pilot with a design partner, measure it honestly, and expand on the evidence.

What you own, and what you answer for

  • You own your framework, your brand, your code and your customers.
  • You answer for what your framework claims to do, and for supporting it over time.
  • Professional and statutory responsibility stays where the law puts it. A framework that produces a document has not thereby signed it.
  • You compete on merit, including against Lanvex’s own frameworks. No one holds a reserved industry.

The money

  • On eligible sales through the Store the split is 80 per cent to you, 20 per cent to Lanvex, before taxes, fees and any channel band, and subject to contract.
  • That is a share of sales. Lanvex takes no equity in your company and no ownership of your framework.

Where we are

Open now. The SDK is in development, the Store opens with the first reviewed frameworks, and the first independent framework is already being built by the company that owns it.

Questions

Does Lanvex take a stake in my company?
No. The standard path is equity-free. Any separate incubation arrangement would be a distinct agreement you opt into, with your own counsel.
Can I build in a field Lanvex has planned for itself?
Yes, including accounting and software development. Review, ranking and category access do not favour first-party products.
