Partners
Two different things,often confused.
How a partner enters a country is one relationship. What a partner is licensed to do downstream is another. Mixing them up is how channel programmes go wrong, so this page keeps them apart.
Entering a country
| Level | Entry | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Strategic Registration | Free | Your interest on record and first consideration. No exclusivity of any kind. |
| Exclusive Country Rights | US$10,000 | Exclusivity only on a signed contract, and only while its targets, certified staff and support capability are maintained. |
| Country Subsidiary Joint Venture | US$100,000 | Exclusivity only on a signed contract, and only while its targets, certified staff and support capability are maintained. |
These are the published entry prices. A fee is not a right: nothing takes effect without a signed contract, and no country is treated as granted before one exists.
Selling downstream
- Country Distributor. Runs the country and its commercial network.
- Technical Seller. Certified to install and support, and only with the customer administrator’s approval.
- Seller. Advises and sells. Does not administer customer machines.
- Affiliate. Introduces organisations, disclosed as an introducer.
What a partner answers for
- Truthful selling. Nothing may be called certified, available or proven before it is.
- Local law, licensing and tax in the market you operate in.
- The customer’s administrator keeps authority over their own site, whoever sold it.
Where it stands
No country is sold and no partner is appointed. This page exists so the terms are public before anyone is asked to commit to them.
An enquiry opens a conversation. It grants no level and no rights.
