Lanvex Venture Studio

Helping domain experts form and build framework companies they own.

In development

Who it is for

Founders, existing firms, and university teams with a domain worth modelling.

What it takes

  • A domain you genuinely know, and evidence that enterprises want that work brought inside.
  • The willingness to write a fourteen-part dossier before writing software.
  • For a university route, an authorised institutional sponsor and agreements that protect students and faculty.

How it works

  • A founder sees a working framework and judges whether the model holds for their field.
  • The domain is validated, the company and its rights are structured, and the dossier is built.
  • The team learns the architecture, builds on the SDK, and goes through review as any publisher does.
  • A design partner, a measured pilot, then the next founder sees the evidence rather than a promise.

What you own, and what you answer for

  • You own your company and your framework. The standard path is equity-free.
  • Student work belongs to its authors under their institution’s policy. Enrolment transfers nothing.
  • Case studies are written from verified outcomes, with the venture’s agreement.

Where we are

The first independent venture is in development, owned outright by the company building it, with no Lanvex equity. University collaborations are in conversation, and we name an institution once an agreement is signed.

Questions

What does Lanvex get?
A publisher on the platform and a share of eligible sales if the framework reaches the Store. Not a stake in the company.
Which universities are involved?
Conversations are under way with several institutions, each as its own separate collaboration. We name them here as agreements are signed.
