SieF Enterprise Customers

Buying, deploying, administering a site, and the controls a customer keeps over data, approvals and access.

The adoption sequence

  1. Diagnose the external or departmental dependency, and write down what it costs today.
  2. Define the exact operational scope and the acceptance criteria.
  3. Assess whether a certified framework covers that requirement.
  4. Validate sovereignty, deployment mode, integration, security and legal fit.
  5. Appoint certified site administration and accountable professional oversight.
  6. Contract and pay through the approved commercial structure.
  7. Deploy, test, authorise access and run a measured pilot.
  8. Verify the functional outcome, the recurring cost, resilience and support.
  9. Move to production only on objective acceptance; renew and expand on evidence.

What you keep

Your administrators approve installation, update, removal and access. Decisions, approvals and data governance stay with you, as does any professional oversight the law requires. A framework operating inside your walls does not change who is accountable for the work.

Measuring security, time and cost

  • Security: actual data flows, third-party access, verified controls, incidents and recovery.
  • Time: end-to-end cycle time, queue and wait time, rework and resolution against a recorded baseline.
  • Cost: total cost of ownership, including framework fees, infrastructure, energy, implementation, training, support, upgrades and the professionals still required, against current agency spend.

A baseline recorded before deployment is what makes the result meaningful. Without one, there is no number worth publishing.
