Lanvex Talent

The opt-in verified directory, consent and privacy, and the workforce services planned beyond it.

What it is first

An opt-in directory of people holding Lanvex credentials. Nobody appears in it without choosing to, and what a visitor sees is what that person agreed to show.

Verified against self-declared

A profile distinguishes four different things, and never blurs them:

  • Identity, verified.
  • Lanvex credentials, verified against the register, with their validity.
  • Assessed skills, where an assessment exists.
  • Self-declared experience, labelled as self-declared.

Principles

  • Candidates control access to anything sensitive about them.
  • Employers are verified before they reach more than a public profile.
  • No one is required to buy training to be considered for work.
  • Matching may be assisted; hiring decisions are made by people, and a model does not quietly make them.

Beyond the directory

Vacancies, contracts, internships, founding-team matching and managed recruitment are planned, market by market. Each needs its own privacy review and, in several jurisdictions, a licence to operate as a recruitment service. They open where that work is done, not before.

What success looks like

Verified hires, correctly staffed projects, successful founding teams and professionals who stay. Not registration totals.
