First-party framework 01 of 09

LUFF

Design, build and ship software inside your own walls.

In development

What it does

  • Takes a requirement from conversation to a written, approved specification.
  • Plans the architecture, builds the application and tests it against the spec.
  • Deploys to infrastructure you own, and keeps the record of every decision.
  • Stops at each milestone for your approval before it goes further.

Scope

  • Software development agency work. Networking, hardware and the wider IT estate stay with the teams that run them.
  • Work the law reserves to a licensed professional stays with that professional, with the framework preparing it rather than signing it.
  • Deterministic coverage, AI-assisted coverage and the work that stays with your people are reported separately, so you always know which is which.

Publisher

Lanvex, as a first-party publisher. Lanvex also operates the infrastructure these frameworks run on, and the Store applies the same review, the same tiers and the same category rules to its own products as to anyone else’s.

Status

In development, and the furthest along of the nine. LUFF is the reference build: the framework the architecture is being proved against before the rest follow.

If this is your field

You do not have to wait for Lanvex to build it. An independent company can publish a framework in this same field, own it outright, and compete with this one. That is how the Store is meant to work.
